Our Exterior Painting Service Includes:

Protection:

• Grass, stonework, deck and landscape elements all covered and protected from debris, paint drops, and paint chips.
• Covering and protection of roof and non-painted areas to protect from paint drops and paint chips.

Surface Preparation:

• Thorough inspection of exterior to identify signs of peeling, blistering or water damage.
• Conducting any repairs as needed (caulking gaps and cracks)
• Cleaning – pressure or power washing to rid exterior of any algae, mildew, dirt or mold
• Scraping of loose paint or stain
• Hand sanding or power sanding of scraped areas
• If needed, light carpentry to repair clapboard and sills (will be discussed as part of estimate)
• Additional stripping of wood if needed to remove excess paint buildup or problem areas

Application:

• Primer:  High-quality primer is applied to exterior surfaces, including wood, metal, steel, or aluminum to ensure maximum adhesion of top coat.
• Caulking: To prevent moisture and water leaks around windows, doors, siding, and trim.
• Final Coat: Premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Final Cleanup and Inspection

Our goal is to provide superior results with minimal disruption. We thoroughly clean and organize the site at the end of each day and all equipment and materials will be safely stored.
